Application for Membership
An applicant for regular or associate membership shall file a duly accomplished application form, along with the following requirements with the Manager and pass through an interview:
- A qualified sponsor (a member in good standing of for at least 3 years)
- Any one (1) of the following according to civil status but not a certification of no record:
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
iii. Separation papers
- Any valid ID cards such as:
iii. DRIVER LICENSE
- COMPANY ID
vii. SCHOOL ID
- 2 latest identical ID pictures (2”x2”)
- Latest Residence Certificate (Cedula)
All applications for membership shall be approved by the Board of Directors within 30 days from the date of filing. A unanimous approval by the members of the Board makes one a TMC member, but one (1) dissenting vote shall be sufficient to disapprove or hold an application pending.
No application for membership shall be given due course if not accompanied with an application fee of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) which is non-refundable and a membership fee of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) which shall be refunded to the applicant in case of rejection.
All applicants are required to attend a Pre-Membership Education Seminar held every last Saturday of every month.
An applicant whose application was denied by the Board of Directors may appeal to the general assembly by giving notice to the Secretary of the Board within thirty (30) days before the next General Assembly meeting, whose decision on the matter shall be final.
Upon approval of membership applications, the following minimum amounts shall be deposited:
